The following is a checklist to ensure quality results and minimum processing time when material is submitted. Properly label every folder and image. All submissions must meet the following conditions:
- Supply ads in the following format:
PDF/X-1a–A Press Ready flattened, CMYK, 300 dpi file with all fonts embedded and outlined.
Make sure your website and any email addresses are clickable links.
- Press release (PR) images need to be composed TIFF or JPEG files saved as CMYK and at 300 dpi.
- Ad material should be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- PR material should be emailed to: email@example.com.
Include a telephone number and contact person on items submitted. Supplied ad material needing changes or modifications may have a production charge assessed. Improperly prepared files increase the chance of an error being made on your ad–an error we cannot be responsible for.
